Services · Spring Hill, Tennessee

Four trades, one crew.

The four words on Master Mechanical's logo and shirts are the whole list: heat and air, plumbing, electrical and gas. Locally owned and operated out of Spring Hill since 2014, one crew runs all four into homes and businesses across Middle Tennessee.

How a call works

One call feeds all four lines.

Most homeowners find out which trade they need only after something quits. You should not have to know that before you pick up the phone.

  1. 01

    You call or write

Phone or email, whichever is easier. Tell us what quit, or what you want put in.

  2. 02

    We ask what quit

No cooling, no hot water, a breaker that will not stay on, a gas appliance waiting to be hooked up. The answer tells us which line the problem is on.

  3. 03

The crew brings the trades the job needs

A condenser that will not run can be a refrigerant problem, a failed part or a wire. Because one crew carries all four trades, the same people follow it down whichever line it turns out to be.

  4. 04

The job is priced once we know

We measure before we replace anything, then tell you what the system needs. No number is quoted before that.

One header, two kinds of building

Residential and commercial, same four lines.

Residential

Houses, new and lived in.

Installation, service, maintenance, repair and replacement for the systems that keep a Middle Tennessee home comfortable, plus the plumbing, electrical and gas that tie into them. New builds and older homes both end up on the same four lines.

Commercial

Businesses with the same problems.

Master Mechanical installs, services and maintains commercial HVAC alongside electrical, plumbing and gas components. The trades are the same; the building is bigger.

Read the line

  • Line 1

    Heating & Air

Installation, service, maintenance, repair and replacement of heating and cooling systems. Gauges go on first and the readings decide what happens next.

  • Line 2

    Plumbing

Water heaters, shutoffs that will not close, and the slow leaks at fittings that stain a ceiling before anyone notices.

  • Line 3

    Electrical

The outdoor disconnect, the control wiring inside the unit and the breaker that keeps tripping under load.

  • Line 4

    Gas

Gas lines and appliance hookups, shut off, connected and checked at every fitting before anything is lit.

Not sure which of the 4 it is? That is what the call is for. Or read the story of the crew first.
