What to tell us
A few plain details save a round of back and forth. None of it needs to be technical.
- What quit or what you noticed: no cooling, no heat, a leak, a breaker that keeps tripping, a gas appliance that needs hooking up.
- Which line it sits on: heat and air, plumbing, electrical or gas. If it touches two, say so.
- Whether it is a home or a business, and the town it is in.
- Anything you have already tried, such as a new filter or a reset breaker.
Gas safety
If you smell gas, leave first
Walk out of the house without switching anything on or off, no lights, no phone calls inside, no appliances. Once you are outside and clear of the building, call your gas utility or 911 before you call us. Do not go back in until they say it is safe.
