Heat & air, plumbing, electrical and gas. One crew, one call.

Master Mechanical has worked out of Spring Hill since 2014, installing and repairing the systems that keep Middle Tennessee homes and businesses running.

Since 2014 · Spring Hill, TN

Four lines into the house. One number to call.

Most homes run on four systems, and most homeowners keep a different contractor for each. Master Mechanical is a locally owned crew that carries all four: heat and air, plumbing, electrical and gas. When the condenser quits and the breaker beside it is tripping too, that is one visit, not two appointments and a week of phone tag.

Master Mechanical technician in an MM logo shirt working inside the control box of an outdoor unit

Heat & air · plumbing · electrical · gas

It is printed on the back of the shirt.

The MM shirt lists all four trades because the crew wearing it works all four. The tech who opens your condenser's control box is the same one who can look at the panel feeding it, the water heater in the garage and the gas line behind the furnace.

  1. Clean

    01

    Air moves freely

A fresh filter catches dust without choking the return. The blower moves the air it was sized for and the coil sees steady airflow.

  2. Loading

    02

    The unit works harder

As the dust layer builds, airflow drops. The system runs longer to reach the same temperature, and you pay for the extra run time on the power bill.

  3. Clogged

    03

    Airflow collapses

A filter packed with dust starves the system. Cooling and heating both suffer, and the parts working hardest are the ones that fail first. Swap it before it gets here.

Open panel

Work you can see, from the pad up.

These are Master Mechanical's own photos from the job, not stock. New builds like this lot get their systems planned before the walls go up; older homes get the panel opened and the readings taken before anything is replaced.

  1. Package unit set beside a new brick home

    New install

Package unit on a new pad

Set beside a new brick build with the ductwork staged on top. The pad, the drain and the line set all go in before the unit is tied to the house.

  2. Manifold gauges and hoses on a residential condenser beside a refrigerant cylinder

    Service call

    Gauges on, pressures read

Blue on the low side, red on the high side, a clamp meter on the compressor wiring. Nothing gets replaced on this unit until the readings say what failed.

  3. Technician working in an outdoor unit's open control box

    Electrical

    Control box open

Contactor, capacitor and the wiring to them, tested in the open cabinet before anything is swapped, so the fix is the part that failed and not a guess.

All four. Master Mechanical handles HVAC, plumbing, electrical and gas service, so a house with a failed condenser and a tripping breaker on the same circuit gets one crew and one phone call instead of three.

The shop is at 3542 Jim Warren Rd in Spring Hill, TN 37174. We work across Middle Tennessee, including Spring Hill, Columbia and the Maury and Williamson County areas around them. Call (615) 562-2525 if you are not sure we reach you.

Both. We install and maintain residential and commercial HVAC, electrical, plumbing and gas components, from a new package unit set beside a new build to service on an older condenser.

Monthly. It is the cheapest and easiest way to keep your system running well: a clogged filter starves the unit of airflow, so it works harder and cools or heats less for the same power.

Give it room and some cover. Clear back bushes and shrubs that grow into the coil, keep leaves and clippings off it, and an awning or enclosure that shades the unit without blocking airflow can help it last longer.

Call (615) 562-2525 or email service@mastermechanicaltn.com and tell us what is happening. Every job is different, so we price it once we know what the system needs rather than quoting a number blind.

No. Leave the house first, without switching anything on or off, and call your gas utility or 911 from outside. Once the line is safe, we can find and repair the fault and reconnect the appliance.

Tell us what quit. We will tell you which line it is on.

No cooling, no hot water, a breaker that will not stay on or a gas appliance to hook up. Call or send a note and Master Mechanical will get back to you to set a time. Every job is priced once we know what the system needs.
